Domando is a marketplace that connects people looking for property with verified real estate agents. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not own or represent the properties offered, and we do not act as a broker.
You need a valid phone number to create an account, and the information you give must be accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
Posting a request is free. You may accept up to five offers on a single request; the fifth acceptance closes it and declines the rest. Accepting an offer is not a contract to buy or rent anything.
Agents must complete identity verification before answering any request. Offers must describe real, available properties you are authorised to offer. Submitting an offer spends credits, which are not refundable once the offer is sent. Misrepresenting a property, pressuring buyers, or moving a deal off the platform to avoid its protections can result in suspension or a permanent ban.
Contact exchange is controlled by the buyer. Attempting to obtain a buyer contact details by pressure or deception is a serious breach of these terms.
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us the licence needed to display it inside Domando. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else rights.
We work to keep Domando running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.
Domando is provided as is. We are not liable for the conduct of users, the accuracy of listings or offers, or the outcome of any transaction you enter into with another user.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
