You post property requests without your name or number attached. Agents cannot see your phone number unless you explicitly choose to share it with one of them. That is enforced by our servers, not by policy alone.
Your name, phone number and email when you create an account; the property requests you post; the offers you send or receive; and messages you exchange in the app. We also collect basic device and usage information so the app works and so we can fix problems.
Buyers post anonymously. Agents see the request itself, never your identity or contact details. When you accept an offer, a private chat opens with that agent; your phone number is still not shared. It is released only when you tap to share it, and that action cannot be undone.
Agents submit national identity documents for manual review. Those documents are stored in private encrypted storage, are used only for verification and fraud prevention, and are never shown to buyers.
In-app chat is delivered through a third-party messaging provider. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted, and our support team can access conversation history when investigating a report of abuse or fraud.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who help us run Domando, such as hosting, messaging, notifications and identity review, and with authorities where we are legally required to.
You can edit your profile, close a conversation, delete a draft request and ask us to delete your account at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it.
